1. Scope of Services
Marc provides content creation services using Ray-Ban smartglasses and smartphones, capturing real-time, authentic moments at events, conferences, workshops, or day-to-day business activities. The service includes video, photography, and social media content production.
2. Booking and Scheduling
The client agrees to book a 15-minute consultation to discuss the project scope and confirm if the service is a good fit.
Following the consultation, a strategy session (approx. 1 hour) will be scheduled to define the content goals and interview questions.
Content creation will take place on the agreed date, with Marc attending the client's event or workplace to capture the content.
3. Content Delivery
The client will receive the finished content (videos, photos, captions) within 7 work-days of the event. The amount of content delivered will depend on the package selected (Essential or Advanced).
Content includes reels, short video clips, and high-quality photos, suitable for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
4. Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the selected package (Essential or Advanced) prior to the event.
Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Any delays in payment may result in a delay in content delivery.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the client cancels the booking less than 7 days before the scheduled content day, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days prior to the event, subject to Marc’s availability. No additional fees will apply for rescheduling.
6. Ownership and Usage Rights
The client has full usage rights to the content created for social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
Marc retains the right to use the content for promotional purposes, portfolio, or case studies unless otherwise agreed.
7. Equipment and Methodology
Content is primarily captured using Ray-Ban smartglasses and iPhone to ensure non-intrusive, authentic content. There will be no use of large cameras or crews.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to cooperate fully during the event or content day, providing access to necessary locations and ensuring any required permissions for filming are granted.
The client should ensure the smartglasses and smartphone content creation approach aligns with their event and client’s expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marc is not liable for any interruptions or unforeseen issues during the content day that may affect the quantity or quality of the content produced, except in cases of negligence.
The maximum liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
Any personal or business information shared during the project will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except for the purposes of content creation and delivery.
